PRICING

CrossFit Classes:

More than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense; but tailored for each person's level.

CrossFit: $185p/m or $45 p/w
Couples: $175p/m or $41 p/w
Drop-in: $20

Some fine print:

No contracts, cancel any time. Weekly & monthly options are for unlimited CrossFit Classes. Membership can be put on hold for any duration over 13 days. Refer a mate that signs up, your next month is FREE! Work FIFO? Let us know your rotation. Drop-In option for current CrossFitters only. All prices are per person.

Intro to CrossFit:

The CrossFit experience starts with our Intro program: Three sessions to take you from your current level to CrossFit-ready. Start anywhere: from complete beginner to expert.

We tailor the Intros to make CrossFit fun and effective!

Three one-on-one intro sessions: $225

One-on-One Coaching:

When your goal is specific a specialised program can be developed and executed through one-on-one coaching.

Example specific goals:

- Learn CrossFit in a personalised environment

- Revenge

- Revenge hotness

- Competitive OCR

- Passing an employment test (1st responder/military)
