Bench & Weighted pull ups!

 

One of my favourite moves, and bench press :D

With a push-pull combo like this most folks will be better at one than the other. Easy to skip the days that you know you'll have to suffer a little, be it with physical discomfort or an ego-bruise on the scoreboard.

Push to get after it ESPECIALLY on days that will give you a dose on honesty. No one gets better by avoiding hard things.
