It all flows, man!

Imagine someone you think is a complete MONK in the gym, never cheating a single rep, never dropping their gear, always cheering on their cohorts, always holding themselves to a high standard. Now that you've got someone in mind do you think they'd go to work and be a lazy P.O.S.? Probs not. That person probably gives 100% to whatever they're doing. They probably go home after a morning class and help make brekky for the family, or dinner after a late session.

"How you do anything is how you do everything."

That's my #1 favourite saying.

The discipline that progress demands isn't reserved for CrossFit or CrossFitters, that would be some arrogant shit. You could say that not all hard working people do CrossFit, but all people doing CrossFit work hard.

From your first class you're exposed to people talking about their diet, how much sleep they got, the work they're doing to improve a certain technique. People show up to get better.

Show Up + Good Attitude = Amaze Results.

Think of it as doing maintenance on your car. You might know NOTHING about cars but decide hit YouTube and figure out changing an air filter. Now you'er a doer! From there you'll move on to changing the oil, a spark plug. The more you do, the more you want to do. The more you take an interest in your health, the more your health improves!

Workout, eat well, sleep well.
