Don't mind Tonya, just busting out push ups like it ain't no thang.

 

2019 already 7 days in, whatever the thing is you want to look back on next year all, "yeah, I can do the thing now", gotta start on that thing right now. You cannot waste a single day.

B) AMRAPs with power cleans, sit-ups, push ups.
