This was mount... somthing. Out enjoying our "+1". That one extra thing you can do with your fitness. Come to gym, get strong, get fit, get out and celebrate what your body can do 💪 If Ash's smile looks a little forced it's because we're right on a steep edge and she is a way bigger fan of sea-level. You've gotta take that fitness outside the gym, can't be setting 1RMs all day. Go for hike, kayak something, play speed-chess, fight a bear.
