Our 4th girl-named benchmark for April.
Hopefully J. Porter's tips paid off for Tiah!


The Cindy workout just feels familiar, all the old-timers (2010?) have a dozen scores for this thing, started scaled, gone Rx, been no-repped on their push-ups, moulded part of it in to other workouts, tried swapping moves, a pile of different strategies.


The more times you've done these named workouts, the more they can pile on you. But really, all we can do is our best score for TODAY. No point getting bogged in "oh, well in 2016 I was...." A decade deep, or your first time, let's put today's score in the books ✊
