The endurance guy. If you want to move faster, last longer, and crush those high-intensity workouts, Larry’s your man. He’ll keep you on your toes, literally.

Our weightlifting coach and technique guru. Whether it’s a snatch, clean, or squat, Melissa will make sure you lift with power and precision.
