Founded in 2018, CrossFit Larrikins was built on a simple idea—fitness should be challenging, rewarding, and never boring. We don’t do cookie-cutter workouts or one-size-fits-all training. We’ll schedule times that work for you, focusing on teaching the basics, emphasising proper technique, and ensuring you get a kick-ass workout too. Lil’ Larrikins (Kids Classes)

Fitness should start young. Our fun, engaging kids' program teaches age-appropriate strength and conditioning fundamentals, helping build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a safe environment. Lil’ Larrikins runs only in Term 1 and Term 4 over summer, so make sure to book early!
