Intro Classes

Start your journey with confidence. Our Intro Classes are designed to get you CrossFit-capable. We’ll schedule times that work for you. Focused on teaching the basics and emphasising proper technique. You’ll leave feeling confident and ready to jump into our group sessions.

The foundation of what we do. These high-intensity classes mix strength, cardio, and gymnastic movements to help you build muscle and get fitter—fast. Whether you’re just starting or a seasoned athlete, every workout is scalable to match your level.

Olympic Weightlifting

While barbells and Olympic Weightlifting are main-stays in our CrossFit classes we also have an extra weekly weightlifting technique class for those wanting to level up this technical barbell pursuit. Thursday at 6pm, all members welcome!

Lil’ Larrikins (Kids Classes)

Fitness should start young. Our engaging kids' program teaches age-appropriate strength and conditioning fundamentals through fun games! Helping build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a safe environment. Lil’ Larrikins runs in Term 1 and Term 4 over summer, so make sure to book early!

How a CrossFit Class Runs

Each session is structured for maximum impact, efficiency, and fun:

Warm Up

The Brief

Get a run-down of the session's intentions and a demo of the movements involved.

Skill Work

Warm Up

10-25 minutes to prepare the body, the joints, the nervous system, for the BIG SHOW coming up in the workout. This is time to get coached on technique and build your plan for the workout.

Workout of the Day

A high-intensity workout designed to push limits.

It could be one part, two parts, could be barbell only, could be body weight, a mix, we design our program to get the most out of each session without over-doing it.

Cool Down

Cool-down & Mobility

Finish strong, recover smart.

Then get home and eat, drink water, sleep well, prepare for the next day.

Every class is scalable, so whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced athlete, you’ll get a workout that challenges you.
