No matter your routine, we’ve got a session that fits. Our schedule features morning, lunchtime, and evening classes throughout the week, plus open gym hours. Whether you're an early bird, a lunchtime warrior, or an after-work grinder, we've got a class for you.
Monday to Friday: 5:30am – 6:30am, 9:00am – 10:00am, 4:45pm – 5:45pm, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
CrossFitThursday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
WeightliftingSaturday: 7:00am – 8:30am

Every Session Brings Something New
We don’t do boring workouts. Every session is structured to push you while keeping things fun. Expect a mix of strength training, conditioning, and skill work – all designed to get you fitter, stronger, and moving better.

Warm-up
Mobility drills and activation exercises to prep your body.
Skill/Strength Work
Focused movements to improve technique and build power.
Workout of the Day
A high-intensity mix of cardio, lifting, and bodyweight movements.
Cool-down & Mobility
Essential stretches and mobility work to recover properly.
New to CrossFit? Our coaches will scale movements to suit your fitness level, so you always feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
Training at Timms Rd – Your New Fitness Home
CrossFit Larrikins is located on Timms Rd in Everton Hills, a hidden gem where grit meets good times. Just a short drive from Albany Creek, McDowall, Arana Hills, and Keperra, our gym is easy to get to before or after work. Parking is free, and there’s no shortage of great coffee spots nearby.
