No matter your routine, we’ve got a session that fits. Our schedule features morning and evening classes throughout the week, plus open gym hours in the mornings. Whether you're an early bird or an after-work grinder, we've got a class for you.

  • Monday to Friday: 5:30am – 6:30am, 9:00am – 10:00am, 4:45pm – 5:45pm, 6:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Thursday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
    Additional Weightlifting Technique

  • Saturday: 7:00am – 8:30am
    Super Saturday

Key Note:

  • Classes run Monday to Saturday with varying time slots.
  • Lil’ Larrikins (Kids Classes) run in Term 1 & Term 4 over summer
