Deadlifts are hard. They're the heaviest thing most people will ever do (other than carrying the world on those shoulders). You want to struggle, but not ruin yourself so you can't come back and struggle tomorrow :)

For deadlifts or life, have your plan, and execute it, don't get caught up chasing someone else's dream, write your own.
